RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

RETURNS: To begin the return process, please email cedarandearthco@gmail.com. We will accept returns on any non-sale items for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your product(s). All items must be in original packaging and unused. Returns will be at the cost of your expense. Items that cannot be returned are:

• Hygenic products such as soap

• Gift cards

• Gift orders

• Custom orders

 

REFUNDS: To inquire about a refund, please send an email to cedarandearthco@gmail.com. You may be eligible for a refund following these conditions:

• The product must be purchased from cedarandearthco.ca

• Original packaging and unused

• Must be within the 14-day window since you received the item

• Cedar&Earth Co. reserves the right to deny refunds on items that do not meet our return policy

EXCHANGES: You may exchange an item if it is damaged or defective. Must be exchanged with the same item. Shipping will be at the cost of your expense.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order for any reason, though it will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee, regardless of where it is in the process. We work hard to make, prepare, and ship our items out, and we want to continue to be able to pay our employees fairly.

Cedar & Earth Co. reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Particularly in the case of harassment and bullying. You will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. We all deserve to be treated with kindness and respect!

Cedar & Earth Co. reserves the right to handle each return, refund, and cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
