Hi, I'm Autumn.

Being the one to always take on more than I can hold at a time was my normal. From jumping between hobbies to having every career under the sun (graphic design, retail, car mechanic, etc) & two kids in tow, I've always had a lot on my plate.

​

While really fun at times, it took me away from the present moment. There was always more to do, more to achieve, and goals to reach (and not many of them realized). 

​

After years of burnout, I realized what I needed was reconnection with myself. Not to work harder, do better, or be better. Just sit with myself in each moment, truly savoring the flavor.

 

That's what Cedar & Earth Co. is here for. It's an invitation to reclaim each moment and nurture that beautiful essence inside you. â™¡

THE IMPACT

Cedar & Earth Co. isn't just another wellness brand. It's much more than that. Not only is it an invitation to reclaim your moments and nurture your inner garden, it's a way to serve others and help as many people as possible.

With your support we can build this brand into something that goes further. Imagine more rehabilitation programs, access to therapy, access to basic needs, employment opportunities, and more for everyone who needs it. Those who are marginalized in our society deserve to have more available to them. Everyone deserves to feel good, and it starts with making sure they aren't in survival mode.

THE FUTURE

​

  • Create a charity or organization (or donate to) that include programs, volunteering, etc that helps bridge the gap between marginalized individuals and society (think Deaf, indigenous, homeless, women, anyone struggling with mental health)

  • Offer employment opportunities: benefits, living wage, days off if you menstruate, RRSP match program, paid schooling to learn ASL to be able to interact with more of the community, etc

  • Collab with local businesses and indigenous artists

  • Go 100% organic

  • Get my packaging to 100% compostable 

  • Find ways to take sustainability to the next level
