Hi, I'm Autumn.

I grew up in a home where I never felt truly safe. Carrying that weight for most of my life, I reached a turning point at 19. I began creating a life that felt different — one that was calm, rooted, and safe. I found someone I could trust, and for the first time, I had space to explore who I really was, in ways I never thought was even possible.

As I settled into that safety, I began unraveling the patterns I had carried — cycles of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and a deep disconnection from my body. Over time, I learned to trust my body so fully that I gave birth to both of my daughters at home — one of them a freebirth. Each experience brought me closer to myself and to what’s possible when women feel safe, supported, and connected — both within and in their environment. Now I am a woman who trusts her intuition, follows the rhythms of her cycle, loves deeply, shares her heart, is open fully, and has a child-like sense of wonder for the world and her body.

Here, I share what I’ve learned through my personal journey and my training as a trauma-informed somatic educator. Alongside that, I offer physical tools that help women create sacred spaces of their own.
Whether it’s soap or personal somatic support, everything I create is an invitation toward softness, self-trust, and an embodied way of living for women.

In terms of products, you'll find 100% vegan, hand-made, and natural soaps. I plan to expand beyond soap, too, though, so stay tuned!

THE IMPACT
I will always aim to be as sustainable as possible with the resources and abilities I have at any given time. As of right now, it's a one-woman show at home, completely funded out of pocket.

-
All "extra" products are reused in new products or sold at discounted prices (like soap ends, for example)
-
My packaging is always compostable or recyclable (including tape, stickers, wrapping etc.)
-
I purchase my ingredients and products from Canadian companies, with the exception of the gua sha stones

Here are a few of my future goals:
-
Donate to local charities and organizations (animal sanctuaries, indigenous organizations, helping the homeless)
-
Collab with local businesses and indigenous artists
-
Offer employment opportunities for the local community that actually help them feel rested, excited to be at work, and save for themselves and their families
-
Go 100% organic
-
Find ways to take my sustainability to the next level

If you have any suggestions for me, I am always willing to listen! Please send an e-mail to info@cedarandearthco.ca.
